For nutritionists and dietitians

See what clients eat.Not what they remember.

Food diaries arrive late, portions are guesses, and too much of the consult goes on recall. With Shellel, clients log in seconds in the Shellel app, by typing the meal in English, Hindi or Hinglish or with a photo, so every meal they log is already there when you open their file.

See how Shellel fits your clinic in a 15-minute demo.

No more “I forgot”.No more “2–3 roti, I think”.No more diary screenshots.

The problem

Your advice is only as good as the diary.

Many nutritionists in India keep client records in WhatsApp chats, notebooks and spreadsheets. None of them were built to hold a food record.

  1. 01

Diaries arrive late, or not at all.

Clients rebuild the day from memory at night, or the morning of the consult.

  2. 02

    Portions are guesses.

“Some sabzi.” “2–3 roti, I think.” You spend the call asking what they meant.

  3. 03

    Everything is scattered.

Photos, voice notes, screenshots and spreadsheets, across every client’s chat.

  4. 04

    You find out too late.

A client goes quiet for a week, and you learn about it at the next consult.

Shellel fixes the diary, not your method. Your clients keep their habits. You keep your plans. The record fills itself in.

How clients log

However they eat. However they log.

Every entry lands in one diary. You see it on your dashboard as soon as it is logged.

  1. 01

    In the app

Type the meal in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Everyday portions like katori and plate.

  2. 02

    In a few words

“2 roti dal” is enough. Clients can add a meal they forgot, for an earlier day too.

  3. 03

    With a photo

Shellel reads the plate and asks before logging it.

How it works

Set up in an afternoon.

  1. 01

    Invite your clients

Add a client by name and email. They join in the Shellel app with that email, signing in with Google or Apple.

  2. 02

    Set their targets

Use your own calories and macros, or start from Shellel’s suggestion.

  3. 03

    Review, not chase

Open the dashboard before each consult. Every log is already there.

Questions

What nutritionists ask.

Do my clients need an app?

Yes. Clients use the Shellel app on iPhone or Android. They log meals by typing in English, Hindi or Hinglish, or with a photo, whichever they prefer. It all lands in the same diary.

Who owns the client’s data?

The client does. They choose to share it with you and can stop sharing at any time. You keep your own notes and call history.

How accurate are the food estimates?

Shellel estimates each item from everyday Indian portions such as katori, roti and plate. Home recipes vary, so treat the numbers as estimates. Clients can correct any item, and you see exactly what they logged.

How much does it cost?

You pay per client you work with. We will walk you through pricing on the demo call.

How can I see Shellel for Nutritionists?

Book a demo to see how it works and discuss pricing for your clinic.

Is Shellel medical advice?

No. Shellel is a logging and review tool. The advice comes from you.
